Most cuts will keep well in the freezer for 6–12 months when properly stored. All our meat is wrapped in waxed butcher paper or vacuum packed, so it stays fresh longer than typical grocery store packaging.
Everyday bundles (Finest, Cornfed, Griller) are available for pick-up daily. Signature bundles typically take 1–3 weeks. Bulk orders like the Front Quarter, Hind Quarter, and Half Cow take 3–4 weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
