This box will include edge cuts of steaks that are great for the grill, great for grill eating while cooking, great for kids.
When squaring off loins to cut steaks for case we sometimes have to take a small cut off end to "straighten" the loin for perfect cutting. These end pieces are great to throw on the grill and have snacks before dinner or actually make great small meals. Pieces will range from 5oz to 12oz.
Each box is a 5-6 lb box of misc. steaks. Cost is $8.99/lb.
