Your beef, across the three boxes
- 12 lb ribeye steak, wrapped individually at about 1 lb each

- 12 lb short ribs, about 2 lb packs
- 4 lb beef shank, vacuum packed
- 4 lb stew beef, 1 lb packs
88 lbs of beef plus 80 lbs of chicken. Roughly 56 lbs per month. Plan ends after the third payment.
A front quarter comes from the front of the animal, so it carries the ribeye, chuck, short rib and shank. The New York strip above is cut to order and added to your box.
